Ameri-Shred paper metering systems are designed to automatically feed our heavy duty industrial and magnum series shredders. These paper metering systems are also compatible with other industrial paper shredders, regardless of the manufacturer.
A paper metering system maximizes production while reducing labor costs by automatically feeding the shredder at a constant and consistent rate. They allow one operator to do the work of two or three because he or she is free to perform other functions while the system is feeding the shredder. |

Features Include:
- Single, steel belt conveyor design with lower horizontal, incline, and upper horizontal portions that eliminate paper spillage.
- Heavy duty drum style metering wheel with staggered teeth for more consistent feeding.
- Provides for bulk loading using cart tippers, box dumpers, forklifts and Bobcats.
- Can be integrated with the shredder's control panel.
- Variable speed drive allows operator to adjust the feed rate according to the type of material being shredded.
